Returns, exchanges, or refunds, must be initiated by reaching out to our customer service department at customerservice@slbees.com
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of item delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. 2025 items, clearance items, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must remain new and unused.
Return or refund requests submitted without first contacting the customer service email above will not be processed.
